This project (FINDER) has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No 813095.

FINDER has accommodated a motivated team of high caliber PhD students that got together from 3 different continents to work for four consecutive years on the intersection of organization science and practice. As example of the productivity and impact made by these FINDER PhD Fellows the below features a summary of some of the events and venues they had their work feature captured in a selection of images. The works shared at these various venues investigates the innovative collaborative arrangement amongst organizations – grassroots, incumbents and the wider society – as they inclusively explore digital technology for new product or market development.

Simply put, networking means building connections with other professionals. When all work is done, or actually even when conferencing is still in full progress, networking has always been top of mind in the FINDER project. In pursuit of new ideas, new connections and new mutual opportunity, the FINDER crew increased visibility, built a stronger support network, and scouted and fortified extant and new impactful connections. No reason why that cannot also coincide with a pub visit, as during the SMS London, on the corner of the Atos premises on that grand city.

Education is part of the foundation of all progress and growth, both as an individual and as a society. A truth that evidently also applies to the FINDER set up to the outputs showcased above. Below therefore some images on the project foundation and kick off phase – as things started up in 2018, including a kick off event at Radboud University that included guests from across the fintech and strategy fields in academia and practice, as well as the first visit at FINDER partner TechQuartier.
