These last months about 265 applicants from all around the world (The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Brasil, India, Indonesia, Iran, Irak, Turkey, USA, Germany, Russia, Poland, South Africa, China, Kenya etcetera) reached out to us expressing their enthusiasm to join us in this joint European Industrial Doctorate by Atos and Radboud University. 24 candidates were invited for an intense interview regime consisting of four to five rounds of interviewing with either one or more members of the Selection Committee, the Steering Group and/or Coordinating team of the FINDER program, as well as our academic and business partners. Each candidate was presented with a couple to a few writing assignments regarding one of the workshops within the FINDER program.
The PhD fellows will start working at the Institute for Management Research (IMR ) of Radboud University in the course of this year as part of The Centre for Organization Restructuring as well as at Atos during their second year as a research secondment. In the mean while close interaction between Atos and Radboud will take form via lectures, training and exchange of the most recent insights on the fintech domain on both sides.
